No. The Ahora connection is read-only: emily doesn't create, change or delete anything.
Not yet. Today, voice orders create draft invoices in Cegid PHC. With Ahora, emily answers questions; orders aren't available yet.
Yes — emily uses each invoice's net total, nets off corrective invoices and never counts what hasn't been invoiced yet as a sale. She always says whether a figure includes VAT.
Days. The connection is set up once for the whole company, and each person links their calendar and email in two clicks.
