Ask emily about live stock levels on a direct ERP connection — lot detail comes from the stock inventory report.
Ask what's on hand, on a direct connection
On a direct ERP connection, ask things like:
- "What's below minimum stock right now?"
- "How many units of [Product] do we have on hand?"
Each of these reads live stock straight from your ERP, and each one needs the direct connection — none of it is available on the standard connection.

This table shows the shape of the answer, not a real stock count — the numbers you get back will be your own.
Lot detail comes from the stock inventory report
Asking a question isn't how you get stock broken down by lot — that level of detail comes from the stock inventory report instead, which lists exactly how much of each product you're holding, lot by lot.
On the standard connection
Ask the same question on the standard connection, and emily tells you plainly that stock needs the direct connection — she says so rather than filling in a number she doesn't have.
