Tasks
A task's title, due date and priority, its link to a company, contact or deal, and its owner — who can be a teammate it's assigned to. Complete or reopen it, see what's overdue, due today, coming up or undated, and which tasks are yours to see.
Title, due date, priority — and where it's pointed
A task carries a title, a due date, and a priority — Low, Medium or High, defaulting to Medium if you don't set one. It can also link to a company, a contact or a deal, the same as a note can, so it shows up alongside whichever record it's about.
Ask emily to add a line of extra detail and she keeps it with the task, ready when you ask about it again. The Tasks screen's form has no place for that, so it's something you set in conversation.
Owned by you, or by whoever it's assigned to
Every task has an owner — the person whose task it is, shown against it on the list. That's usually you, since a task starts on your own list, but it doesn't have to stay there: hand it to a teammate by name and they become its owner. See assigning and delegating tasks for how that works and what happens after.
Which tasks you see
A task is yours to see when you created it or it's assigned to you — on the Tasks screen and when you ask emily alike. Asking for a teammate's list won't bring their tasks back, whether or not you manage them; have the task assigned to you instead, or ask them.
Complete it, or reopen it
The screen keeps two lists, Open and Done. Mark a task done with Complete task, and Reopen task puts a done one back on your list if it turns out there's more to do. A task someone declined sits under Done as well, and reopens the same way.
Listing open, done, or all
Ask emily for your tasks and she reads back what's open, what's done, or all of them together, soonest due first, with anything undated last.
Overdue, Today, Upcoming, No date
The Tasks screen groups your open tasks by when they're due: Overdue, Today, Upcoming, and No date for anything without one — so whatever needs attention now isn't buried under things due next week.
Not an automation, and not a reminder
A task is a manual to-do that a person works through and marks done. Asking emily to run something on a schedule — a recurring report, say — is an automation, and a nudge at a set time — "avisa-me às 17h" — is a one-off reminder. Neither sits on your task list waiting to be completed.
Where it works
CRM works on web chat, browser voice and WhatsApp. Not on a phone call.
