Settings and your account

Where your settings are and what you can change — your profile and phone numbers, connected accounts, notifications and language, and, for admins and managers, the team.

"Show me my settings"

In the web app, your settings are behind the ⋯ button at the top right. You can also just ask emily — "show me my profile", "change my notifications" — and she brings up the right one. You only see what your role allows.

Your profile and your numbers

Profile holds your name, your password and, most importantly, the phone numbers emily answers on. She only answers WhatsApp messages and calls from a number that's listed there and confirmed: add yours with the country code, then confirm it with the code that's sent to it. You can also tell emily "add my number" and read the code back to her.

Connected accounts

Connected Accounts is where you connect your own calendar and mailbox — Outlook, Google, an iCal link or another mailbox — and your PLAUD account. See connect calendar and mailbox.

Notifications, language and the rest

  • Notifications — what emily tells you about, and where: in the app, by email, as a push notification and, for your reminders, on WhatsApp.
  • How emily talks to you — her tone with you, or your own instructions ("keep answers short").
  • Language — the app's language and the one emily speaks to you in: Portuguese, English, Spanish or French.
  • emily AI — your permission for the AI service she runs on. Turn it off and she won't answer until you agree again.

For admins and managers

  • Team — everyone on the team, their role, what they can see in your ERP, and invitations. Managers can see it and invite reps and managers; they can also change access for the reps in their own companies; roles and passwords stay with admins. See set up your team.
  • CRM settings — your pipeline stages, which managers can edit too, and custom fields, which are for admins. See pipeline stages.
  • Organization, Integrations and Billing — for admins: your workspace's name and the terms your team uses, your ERP and other connected apps, and your plan and seats.

Signing out or deleting your account

Sign out and Delete account are at the bottom. Deleting your account removes your login and your personal data; your company's records stay with your team. See your data.
