Narrowing a list down

Each CRM list can be narrowed to just the records you're after. Companies filters down to one industry or one country at a time — see companies for what else is on that screen. Deals filters down to one stage, on top of the Board and List toggle covered in the pipeline.

Contacts and deals, narrowed to one company

Open a company's own page and its contacts and its deals are already narrowed down to that one company rather than the full list — see companies for how a company links to both.

Searching by name

Companies, contacts and deals can each be searched by name on top of whatever filter is set, narrowing the list further as you type.

Tasks: Open and Done — grouped by when they're due

The Tasks screen splits into Open and Done, and groups the open ones into Overdue, Today, Upcoming and No date, so whatever needs attention first doesn't get lost among things due later. Ask emily instead and she can read back open, done or all of them together — see tasks for what a task itself carries, and whose tasks you see.

Everything above can be asked for in words instead of set with a dropdown or a click — which industry, which stage, which company's contacts or deals, which of your tasks are overdue. emily narrows the answer down the same way the filter would, without you having to open the screen at all.
