What emily watches
The two things emily checks for without being asked — nothing else, today.
Two checks, and only two
Today, emily checks for exactly two things without anyone asking her to: articles that have dropped below their minimum stock level, and customers with overdue debt. When she finds something, it shows up as an alert rather than waiting for you to ask about it.
That's the full list. She doesn't watch margins, deliveries, headcount, or anything else — if it isn't stock below minimum or debt overdue, it isn't something she flags on her own yet, however useful it might be.
Low stock needs the direct connection
The low-stock half of this needs the direct ERP connection, because live stock levels themselves need it — see connect your ERP for what each connection option covers. The debt check doesn't have that requirement: overdue balances come from the same client and invoice data on either connection.
Where each one is covered
- Low stock alerts — articles below their minimum.
- Overdue debt alerts — customers with overdue balances.
Next: low stock alerts
