Screens alongside the conversation

Beyond talking to emily about it, the CRM is also a set of screens in the browser workspace: places to open a company, scroll a list of deals, or see what's due today. They show the same companies, contacts, deals, notes and tasks either way — which one you reach for is up to you.

Home

The landing screen: a greeting, a box to ask emily anything, your meetings for today and this week, and your open tasks.

Deals

A list of every deal, with a toggle between a List view and a Board view — the board is the pipeline, the same deals laid out as columns by stage and draggable from one to the next (see the pipeline). Opening a deal takes you to its own page: its details, its notes, its tasks, its meetings and its attachments.

Companies

A table of every company, searchable by name and filterable, with the count of contacts and deals attached to each one. Opening one takes you to its own page — its details, its notes, its open tasks and its meetings.

Contacts

A list of people, grouped under their company when it has more than one contact there, with a search box above it. Selecting a person shows their details — notes, open tasks, meetings and linked deals — in a pane beside the list, rather than on a page of its own.

Calendar

Your meetings — booked directly, or synced in from a calendar you've connected. See connect calendar and mailbox for how that connection works.

External

Shown only once your team has connected an existing CRM, as an Internal/External toggle next to the usual tabs. Switching to External replaces Home, Deals, Companies, Contacts and Calendar with the records in that other CRM; switching back to Internal brings the built-in screens back.

None of this is the only way to get it done. Looking something up, creating a record, moving a deal to a new stage — all of it works just as well by asking emily instead.
