Four document types, plus audio

From the Knowledge Bank page, upload a PDF, DOCX, TXT or MD file and it's added to your organisation's shared documents. You can also upload audio instead — a recording of a call or a meeting, say — and it's transcribed on upload, so what ends up in the bank is text, the same as any of the other four types.

Uploads are capped at around 10 MB

An upload here is capped at around 10 MB, whatever its type. For a recording longer than that, upload a transcript instead of the raw audio file — see limits and what's coming for this limit alongside the others emily runs into.

A WhatsApp voice note does the same thing

You don't have to be at your computer to add something to the bank. Say "note this down" in a WhatsApp voice note, and whatever you say after it is transcribed and saved to the Knowledge Bank the same way an uploaded audio file would be — useful for something worth keeping that isn't tied to a specific company or deal.
