Sending a report to WhatsApp needs a WhatsApp number on your profile — a one-time step in your own settings, not something an admin has to do for you. It arrives as an email, not a file

A report sent by email arrives as the email itself — the report formatted directly in the body — rather than as a file attached to it. There's nothing to download and open separately; you read it the same way you'd read any other email.
