Ask her to write one

Tell emily to write something up — a call, a summary of a policy discussion, notes worth keeping for the whole team — and she writes it as a new document in the Knowledge Bank, ready for anyone to search for or read later.

Or add to one that already exists

If what you want to add belongs with something already in the bank, ask her to add it to that document instead of starting a new one, and she appends it there rather than creating a duplicate.
